Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most small breeds of dogs. Your dog will enjoy walks on the Monon Trail and there are convenient waste stations throughout our community. However, because certain breeds may not thrive in a community environment, breed restrictions do apply.

Please contact our office prior to applying for more detailed pet guidelines.

All dogs must be under 25 lbs and at least 1 year old
2 Pet limit per apartment
Only 1 dog per apartment is allowed
Cats must be spayed or neutered (subject to an additional deposit if non-declawed)
Pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet.
