Pet Policy

Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most small breeds of dogs. Your dog will enjoy walks on the Monon Trail and there are convenient waste stations throughout our community.  However, because certain breeds may not thrive in a community environment, breed restrictions do apply.

Please contact our office prior to applying for more detailed pet guidelines. 

• All dogs must be under 25 lbs and at least 1 year old 
• 2 Pet limit per apartment
• Only 1 dog per apartment is allowed
• Cats must be spayed or neutered 
• Pet rent is $20.00 monthly per pet and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. 

Pet Age Restriction: Only fully mature domesticated animals are permitted on the Premises. All dogs must be a minimum of twelve (12) months of age as of the lease start date or the date the animal is brought onto the community, whichever is later. No puppies under the age of one year are permitted at any time, including for temporary stays or guest visitation. Management reserves the right to require official veterinary documentation verifying the animal’s age, breed, and vaccination status prior to approval.
